Bridlington Scouts plant 1,000 Bulbs

Today we were planting bulbs. Bridlington Lions bought us 1,000 bulbs as part of their ‘Lions Centennial Challenge’ where they hope to help 100 million people. We were also doing it as part of our ‘Scout Million Hand Challenge’ where young people are committed to removing social barriers, connecting communities and improving lives.

At 0815 this morning, Gary and Isabelle were on the radio talking about what we were doing today.

and then at 10am they went planting 1,000 bulbs.
