Parateds Presented to the Ambulance Service

Parateds for the Ambulance Service in Bridlington

Bridlington Lions Club are once again providing 100 ‘Parateds’ to the Ambulance Service. Whenever the Paramedics have to attend an incident were a young child is involved, the child can be given a Parated, this can be very comforting and can also be used as an aid to diagnosing the child’s problem. The Parated is then kept by the child.

In the presentation photograph from left to right is Lion Gary Hedges (Organiser of the Parateds project), Eileen Sunderland (President of the Bridlington Lions Club) and Wendy Milner (Assistant Practitioner for the Ambulance Service).
